Tina married Russell Peatey in April 1989. They were married at The Church of the Ascension Hall Green, Birmingham. The bridesmaids were Tina's sister, Emma, and Russell's nieces Jessica and Laura. Russell's best man was his brother, Martin.

The reception was held at Saracens Head, Shirley Solihull (fancy wedding receptions were not so common back then!), but was well attended by both families and friends (120+).

The evening reception was attended by almost 400 people, primarily because Russell had too many drinks after football matches and invited anyone and everyone! But a good time was had by all.
